ZJY型轧机，故称Y型轧机，在工作中采用弧三角，圆及不同大小的两种孔型生产出所需要的铜杆产品。在三个轧辊作用下，使铜杆在轧制过程中始终处于三维压应力状态，对铜杆的自由宽展起一定的约束作用，奇数机架出线为弧三角型，偶数机架出线为圆型，沿轧制方向的压应力分布优于拉丝模，使成品线材的致密度和导电能力显著提高，特别是塑性优于拉拔工艺。是上引和水平连铸生产铜杆理想的配套设备。
ZJY Three-roll Copper Rod Mill
ZJY type mill, therefore is called Y type rolling mill. It uses arc triangle or round or different sizes of two kinds of groove to produce copper rod product you need. Under the effect of three roll, the copper rod in the rolling process is always in a three-dimensional compressive stress state and it has certain constraint effect of the copper rod.Outlets of odd number frames are arc triangular and those of even number frames are circular frame.The compressive stress distribution along the rolling direction is better than that of wire drawing die, so it is maked the density of the finished wire and conductive ability to be significantly improved, especially the plastic is better than that of drawing process. It is more ideal especially for the upward continuous casting or horizontal continuous casting copper rod .
